National Kidney Foundation of Georgia has a financial assistance program for kidney dialysis and transplant patients. Requests can be made by the social worker at the patients' facility center. All requests must be sent to the entire Crisis Intervention Committee for consideration. The maximum grant is $150.00 per patient.

This ornament is dedicated to Chuck Brown, who served as Director of Patient Services at the National Kidney Foundation of Georgia for 14 years. He gave a special message of hope and love to all that crossed his path.
